1. Vehicle barriers cannot be raised and lowered
a. First check whether there is power, whether the fuse is burned, etc., and a comprehensive inspection is required.
b. Only red and yellow lead wires of the motor are connected, but not white respectively. Check whether the motor stator is hot. If it is too hot, it means that the motor thermal protection cannot be switched off. If it is not hot, check whether the 20UF starting capacitor is invalid.
c. If the motor is in good condition, then check whether the three limit signal wires of blue, green, and gray are short-circuited.
d. The motor wire and signal wire are in good condition, but the switch still cannot work, indicating that the control box is faulty.
2. The parking barrier switch fails.
First check whether the red (yellow) and white wires of the motor are connected, and then check whether the blue and gray (green) signal wires and the K2 (K1) sensor switch are short-circuited.
3. The vehicle barriers of the parking lot cannot stop automatically.
a. The limit sensors K1 and K2 are open at the same time. b. The public blue line is short-circuited. c. Check whether the controller is broken.
4. Vehicle barriers of the parking lot often shake during operation.
Maintenance method: Check whether the length (weight) of the barrier boom and the spring are installed properly and whether it is in direct proportion.
5. Vehicle barriers of the parking lot are in place without stopping.
a. The thyristor in the control box is broken: the control box will automatically run as soon as it is plugged in, indicating that the thyristor is worn.
b. The switch is in place and does not conduct: crank the barrier boom to the closed position or the open position by hand, and use a multimeter to measure whether the output voltage of the closed position or the open position has changed, if there is no change, the Hall switch will be broken.
c. The switch is not in good contact with the failure box plug-in: Open the door of vehicle barrier and use a meter to measure whether the positive and negative voltages of the photoelectric switch exist. If not, there is a problem with the connector, which must be checked.
6. The vehicle barriers of the parking lot still do not work after being powered on.
a. The control box has no output voltage: check whether the fuse in the control box is blown; check whether the electronic components on the control board are obviously damaged, if so, please contact the seller or after-sales service department for repair.
b. The capacitor is broken: After pressing the on/off button, the motor vibrates and does not run. It may be that the starting capacitor is broken and replace it.
c. The motor burns out: the judgment method is to test whether the two leads of the motor are connected; whether the smell of the insulating paint is strong.
d. The switch is turned on for a long time: Pull out the plug-in of the power-off switch, the vehicle barrier can be turned on and off, but after plugging in the plug-in switch it will not work, indicating that the switch is broken.
e. The belt is broken: Look for the door to open the box to see if the belt is worn out.
