Function and characteristics

Installation Instruction

1.Confirm the type and quantity of the optical wing gate.

When communicating with the customer, confirm the area of the site, and determine the quantity required, whether to choose a vertical flap turnstile or a bridge flap turnstile.   Fully consider  the area ofeach wing gate, the placement position, how to wire it (whether to use the open line or the dark line), when all the details confirmed and deliver the flap barrier gate to the site.

2. Fixed location wiring. According to the previously plan, clarify the specific dimensions of the wing gate installation, make a pre-embedded pipe, leave a 50-100mm gap between the gate and the gate, and open the upper cover to prevent adjustment of the machine, maintenance, etc., do not fail Leave a gap. Two plastic tubes of 6-8 minutes are embedded between the turnstile and the turnstile. One hose is used for the power line (strong current) and the other is used for the signal line (weak current). Do not connect the power cord to the signal line runs through a rubber tube at the same time, which will affect the effect of communication. The embedded tube should be exposed to the ground 30-40mm high. The vertical wing gate should be at the bottom of the machine, and the bridge wing gate should be on both sides. (Because the bottom of the bridge wing gate is closed).

3. Fixed adjustment. The fixed bottom is fixed with 4-M10x100 expansion screws. The whole machine is level and the appearance is consistent. (It is better to draw a straight line with a thin line before fixing, and the vertical and horizontal directions are the same). The wing gate and the wing gate are connected in series,adjust one by one, the straight line can be used normally.
