1. You cannot enter after swiping the card or checking the ticket

Solution: (1). Pedestrians may have withstood the rotating rod when swiping the card or checking the ticket. Please take a step back and enter. (2) Please check whether the electromagnet is normal. If the voltage of the electromagnet is output in the control part, and the voltage is normal, but the electromagnet cannot be sucked up, just replace the electromagnet.

2. The turntable swings up and down

Solution: (1) The tray of the movement turntable is loose, and the gap between the fits is too large. (2) The tray screws are loose.

3. A few turnstiles have passed and dropped off

Solution: (1) The position of the pole drop solenoid is not installed properly. (2) Power supply problem, insufficient voltage.

4. The turnstile is powered off but the arm does not fall

Solution: (1) Check whether the installation position of the electromagnet is correct, and the spring force of the solenoid bracket is too small. (2) The friction between the turntable and the rotating rod is too large.

5. Sometimes the card swallowing machine cannot draw the card smoothly

Solution: (1) The two iron sheets at the ticket insertion area ofthe gate with punching function need to be polished smoothly to reduce the resistance of ticket insertion.
